Still Kickin'

I made it through all five essays, four group projects and two exams. Just finished on Thursday and fought the resulting headache all day yesterday. (Sitting at a desk writing as fast as possible by hand is hard on my poor delicate back and neck. And I had to do it on both Tuesday and Thursday. Ouch.) The first exam, for environmental policy, I wrote really well and produced tons of text. Second, for "Theories and Principles of Sustainable Development" was a bit choppier, but I still think I did okay. Let's hope.

I haven't gotten many grades back yet, but I think I didn't really ruin anything. And today, J. and I took the train to Swansea and wandered around the port. It was nice. Then we hightailed it back to Cardiff when the "vibrant nightlife" kicked in. I think the girls all text messaged each other to wear the tiniest postage stamp skirts tonight in Swansea. And the boys had a mass hair gel party and made fauxhawks together. It was wild, let me tell you. Glad to be home in our cozy flat. With no deadlines hanging over me and my blog waiting patiently for a much-needed update.
